Here are some maintenance tips. Always clean the punch & die. Even though they don't need to be lubricated, cleaning can help prolong their lifespan. In both punches, and pumps, only use Enerpac Oil. Match your punch and die carefully at all times. Operationally, make sure to use dies that have bigger openings. Always change out worn-out or chipped punches and/or dies promptly. For materials processing, it is important to always observe the appropriate lifting force in order to avoid cracks.
Hydraulic punches have great versatility, a beautiful throat depth, and can adapt easily to many punch and die types.
GSS Machinery provides hydraulic punches which are perfect for punching, forming and other tasks. We are the top distributor of highly efficient hydraulic punches. These punches are well-powered with the finest engines for precise, smooth punches within a short time.
Equivalently, the powerful motor of this machine produces an output force for a hole that reaches 31T. Its outer surfaces are painted to protect against rust, provide strength and durability. The hydraulic pump can punch holes quickly.

Equivalently, this machine’s powerful motor produces an output force of a hole that reaches 31T and is designed with durable metals. Its outer surface is painted to avoid/minimize rust, boast strength and durability. The hydraulic pump allows easy punch of holes.
The combination of ease of hydraulic operation and precision-ground knockouts results in clean, quick holes. Pumps are available with either foot or hand pumps. 3-point punch/die sets that are precision-ground.
CNC punching
These machines are typically outfitted with a linear die carrier (tool carrier) and quick change tools. Today, the method is used in situations where laser applications are inefficient or technically impractical. CNC stands for Computer Numerically Controlled.
Hydraulic punches are used to create round, square, or oblong holes in metal. They are intended for use with mild steel, nonferrous metals, and some plastics (non-shattering). Hydraulic punches can be powered by hand pumps, air/hydraulic, gas, or electric pumps capable of producing up to 10,000 psi (700 bar).
